What inspired you to start your business?:
Being a mum of two young children we started making bits and pieces for them, and it grew from there initially with items for friends then we decided to make more and do markets.
How long have you been creating?:
Three years on the market circuit, but many more years creating and sewing for personal use.
Is it a full time/part time hobby or business?:
Part time hobby
Where do you sell your creations?:
Local markets, handmade boutique markets and through our Facebook page.

What makes you so special or different?:
We make new designs and alter old designs to suit "real life" situations, by adding pockets here, making smaller there, making practical products for everyday busy people.
We can custom make and design plus personalise.
What is the most rewarding part of what you do?:
Working together as a mother daughter team.
Creating products that our kids and other parents say they want and love.
What is your favourite product to make?:
Amy: our personalised Double insulated lunch bags, they are so versatile, from using them for work or school lunches, to throw a couple toys and a snack in and your set for a play date. Best thing is they are fully machine washable.
We can bring different themes and characters to life, plus personalise with names.

Julia: our new Book reading cushions. These are very practical, use for either reading books, Travel cushions with colouring book and pencils, great storage in the car or camping or a get place to keep kids PJs instead of getting lost under their pillows.
These cushions give us a good scope of use for different fabrics and designs. Also great we can personalise with names or themes.
Do you teach classes or workshops?:
No.
