FULL STEAM AHEAD!

Yes, thats right everyone.
2010 is shaping to be a great year for The Handmade Expo.

We are FULL STEAM AHEAD!

Ok, so we have confirmation with Queensland Rail and the Swanbank Steam Train that they are going to coincide their train pickups/dropoffs at The Handmade Expo on our market days. For those of you who are not aware, the train line runs parallel with the Ipswich Turf Club and there is a stop right outside the front gate.

Tickets for a train ride and souveneirs can be purchased at the front gate of The Handmade Expo...Bringing hundreds to our market every month.

This is a great day out...A wonderful train ride and before or after, head on into the FREE Handmade Expo for something to eat, a shop & browse of over 100 stalls of handmade goods. How else would you want to spend your Saturday...ONCE A MONTH...

A big thanks to Swanbank Steam Trains & Queensland Rail for working together in getting both of our fabulous Ipswich Tourist attractions on the map....That is what it is all about...

Thanks for tuning in.

SAUSAGE SIZZLERS NEEDED for FEB MARKET

Hi Everyone.

We have an opening for the sausage sizzle stand for our Feb market. We have had a cancellation and would like it to be filled. We normally only like to take Not for Profit Organisations for the sausage sizzle, however, due to the short notice, we are happy to take on anyone that is happy to volunteer.
We can pass on details from previous sausage sizzlers so you can get an idea for numbers...

Please email us at thehandmadeexpo@optusnet.com.au It will be first in best dressed....

Thanks heaps

Expressions of Interest for GOONDIWINDI

Hi Everyone.

So, we have been brainstorming over the xmas break and have decided that we would like to take expressions of interest for Goondiwindi.
We loved Gundy and hope to be able to take The Handmade Expo back there.

We took the market to Gundy back in April 09 and it was very successful. The comments and feedback we got from stallholders was very positive.

We are changing a few things around. We will NOT be charging an entry fee into the market...IT WILL BE FREE. It will be held at the same indoor location at the Goondiwindi PCYC. The proposed date is 10th April and we will be changing the times to 10am-4pm.

If you are interested in having a stall, please email us at thehandmadeexpo@optusnet.com.au.

We will require a minimum of 60 PAID stallholders to be able to go ahead with the market.
I have booking forms at hand, waiting to email to you. If you would like to be apart, we recommend that you complete the booking form and make payment at your earliest convenience.

If we do not reach our 60 stallholders, we will refund you monies in full.

We look forward to taking The Handmade Expo on the road again and hope you will be apart of it too.
