What is it that you make and what skills do you use?
We make a range of gourmet preserves/ sauces and relishes. with our products we always
try to bring new twists on previous recipes- eg our relishes are capsicum based rather than tomato which gives a great different flavour. Everything we produce is sourced locally in wa/ grown in our garden and our products are handmade in our commercial kitchen in
Margaret river.

We love growing stuff, so the business was a great outlet for our produce. demand increased for new fresh flavours- and here we are.

At least ten years but only sellingto the public for 1 year now.

Is it a full time/ part time/hobby or business?
At the moment this is part time, but we hope to make it full time in the near future.

The Handmade Expo in Rockingham,  local stores in south west wa and markets all over- from Freo to Subi to Dunsborough.

What makes what you do special or different?
We have unique flavours developed in close conjunction with the local farmers markets- doing taste testing and asking customers opinions.

What is the most rewarding part of what you do?
Seeing people enjoy my products and hearing positive feedback.

What is your favourite product that you make?
At the moment I cant say I have a favourite but I will say I love hot chilli and our new hotter
HEATSEEKER capsicum jam with Trinidad scorpion chillies is really good.

At the moment no, but in the future we would love to! We would love to share the garden to kitchen experience with others.
