Christine Bull: I love going to the Expo as there are so many fabulous stall holders, anything from crafty goodies, to fresh produce and yummy foods, all in one convenient area.
It's also an ideal family day out because there is the Steam Train which the whole family can go on, or alternatively send hubby and the kids on it whilst you shop in peace.
There is also the opportunity to support a number of fund raisers with the yummy sausage sizzle. My two pieces of advice for those who haven't been is A) take heaps of bags and B) if you think $X is enough, double it!! :) Long live the Expo.

Dianne Lovelock: I love all the wonderful ideas from the very talented stall holders. And the steam train to keep my husband and two boys entertained while I shop!

Liddell McNie: My favorite thing is being able to get gifts for everyone in one place! From baby to grandparent, there is always something perfect for them to be found! Oh and the food!

Rachel Ballard: I love the atmosphere, lots of lovely stallholders and always yummy food too :)

Rose Stevens: We loved the food, we just strolled around and bought something foody from most of the food vendors and had a little picnic lol

Becky Gifford: Gosh, where to start. I love getting a coffee at the front gate and a bit of handmade fudge to help with my post baby body hehe. The kids cloths are my absolute favorite and Taylor loves when people comment on all of her cute little outfits!! A pizza for lunch when they are there and a quick chat with my SIL when she isn't busy. Another plus is that Tay is so tired after the morning out watching everyone she has a huge sleep in the afternoon :)

Carol Gibson: I love seeing all the amazing and creative goodies that the stallholders have made. My friend and I mark it on our calenders each month and love to catch up with a coffee while strolling around the stalls.

Tanya Smith: The Expo has a magical feel to it & I love how the local community feel exudes such a vibrance amongst stall-holder & market-goer alike. Everyone is so very friendly & I love how our regular favourites are almost always at every market. New stall-holders are just a bonus with this market! I think coordinating the QPSR steam train with the Expo (especially at reduced ticket prices) draws more of the family nucleus to the markets, especially dads, who either love old steam trains themselves, or want to introduce their children to the experience. In all, it is my favourite market & I am always down when I don't have the money to spend, as I could easily lose $500 at each market with all the lovely handmade goodies & baked specialities. Your Expo rocks with, or without the woodfired pizza man! LOL

Jane Casos: I love the atmosphere and the kids clothes are beautiful. the cupcakes are a must and always get my fruit and veg from Farmer Ian before I take my daughter on the steam train

Rayne Chan: I love the variety of products that are showcased in the Handmade Expo. You have products ranging from jams, fudges and sweets to jewelry and accessories to clothes, blankets and bags... There is definitely something for everyone!

Sarah Skippy Goodenough-Wheatley: What is NOT to love about The Handmade Expo Heaps of Quality Traders! I have my regular favorites I buy from every expo. These include Authentic French Macarons and For Lucy and my now new found fave Cathie's Creations. I think one of the things that impresses me most is the People who run the market. Its a real credit to Mimmi and her girls. Its always a delight to visit. The traders always seem happy and well cared for. The venue was well chosen and is well used. Its the best craft market I have ever been to (and I have been to a lot)! Thank you for giving me something to look forward to each month! All I can add is its seriously the BEST Handmade market I have ever been to. I feel at home, I love how it make my day knowing its Expo day!

Sacha Brown: i have been 2 times, once it was raining i spent so much and got some beautiful things for my little girls room and dress for her! i loved the variety of the stalls and i loved Krystal K Photography and Sew Precious

Alyson Brimecombe: I've been to the HME a few times now and I still get excited leading up to it. I love the variety on offer, and the range of handmade loveliness.

Annette Campbell: I love being able to move around with a pram! Many other markets are so CRAMMED in that you cannot (and I mean literally) move! Being able to take my children along means I can go!

Katie Poli: am i allowed to enter? i DON'T like the handmade expo as the fabulous range of products that are available ensure we never go home with any profit cause i spend it all!! (and oscar loves the steam train - 'black gordon' he calls it... gordon is his favourite thomas engine teehee)

Hi ladies! I LOVE The Handmade Expo! What a wonderful way to enjoy a Saturday! You are always greeted warmly as you enter the gates and the wide variety of stalls in front of you is fantastic! I'm a huge fan of handmade and this expo...it was the starting block for me to sell my cards and I can't thank you enough for the opportunity!

Well done ladies for growing this market into what it is today! You should be very proud!

I love the hand made market, It is the atmosphere and the people. As a visitor it has a fantastic vibe, as a stall holder it is the sense of community between the other stall holders. From helping each other out when we are setting up and if the wether is not in our favour. To just having another like minded person to bounce ideas off.

I love seeing people's creative and sometimes unique talents! Sometimes I even get a little jealous! Haha. People can come up with some clever ideas/gadgets & some beautiful & unique items to bless our own lives with or to give as gifts to our friends. Nothing beats something that is handmade. It will always have a specialness about it.

What's NOT to love about The Handmade Expo?! The delightful aromas of all the food choices, the gorgeous staff from The Coffee Club (making my one of MANY fabulous Chai Lattes each market day!), the fabulous creativeness of the fellow marketers & how each one of the stallholders is so different - an eclectic bunch of people who all blend in together to make a marvelous market day for stallholders & customers alike! I love it when the 3rd Saturday of the month rolls around - my favorite time & most looked forward to day each month :)
