Our Very First Handmade Expo...Been and Gone

What a wonderful success.
We ended up having 87 stallholders, each selling their wonderful handmade goods.
With the coffee man set up, the stallholders eagerly awaiting, we opened the doors at 8am. The public started coming in...then there was a line up out the door which lasted for hours. We ended up having approx 2000 customers through the door. Our very first market!!!
What an amazing response from the public. We could not believe it, we were overwhelmed, as were all the stallholders.
Here are some photos of the fabulous stallholders that attended in August

Bridget from Kraft on Kennedy Alana Cutler

Trish Goodfield from Trishalan Designs Michelle from Pedrosprout & MoMo from Kurashi

Natalie Folk from Bumble Rumble Mark from Pillarbee Apiaries

So, there you have it. A sneak peak from our August Expo.

We have been inundated with new stallholders and have had to create a waiting list. So, you can surely expect some new and fabulous stallholders for 20th September as well as some of our wonderful and talented August stallholders.

Liesa, Micky & Miriam

Hey - It works - Great idea to have a blog for the event - I am going to put your link on my blog and also let people know about the site and expo coming up with some photos of our stand. So come along everyone and have a great day - the girls have done an awesome job to help out our local crafters please support them by letting everyone know about the event - we could become as famous as the Eumundi Markets!!

Hi creative people, I must say August Expo was a fantastic event. A round of applause to both the Hand Made Expo organisers and of course the Stall Owners with their fabulous handmade items.
Geminaus Gems I love my jade earrings, they caught my eye as soon as I walked it, and the fudge and coconut ice didn’t make it to the car before it was all gone! Thank goodness I now have a new antique wooden spoon to keep my husband from eating the whole pack this month!
Thanks Micky, Liesa and Miriam for bringing a cheerful and creative event to our doorstep, every month!
Cheers Maria
